Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. 

For customers living in the UK, we offer free returns and a full refund for orders returned within 14 days. 

For international customers and those living in the Republic of Ireland, we unfortunately cannot provide free returns at this time. We recommend that you send any returns via a tracked service. 

Please note that in order to qualify for a full refund, we require the product to be unopened and unused. Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase. A partial refund is available when the original packaging cannot be accounted for. 

Products under warranty should be handled with care. 

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

On average, standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days.
