BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE

By placing an order with the Hope & Ivy online store, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect, please contact us at support@hopeandivy.zendesk.com before placing your order.

 
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once your payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English. 
 
We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

PRICES AND VAT

All prices on the Hope & Ivy online store are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are indicated including VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT and shipping is displayed in the shopping cart on the checkout page. 
 
You must pay at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order, and you may cancel the order. 


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.


DELIVERY

We aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible but cannot accept any liability if the goods are late due to unforeseen postage problems. We will not accept responsibility or liability for non-delivery or any other breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such breach is caused by circumstances beyond our control.


RETURNS

**Any purchases under £25 made in the SALE promotion are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange as advertised on the product pages and material used across social channels. Any items deemed as faulty will not be covered by our free returns policy for this promotion.**

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the products. To cancel this contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them at your own cost and risk. **If you are a UK customer you are eligible to use our free returns service with Royal Mail. Simply fill in the information and download the label or print at your chosen Royal Mail drop off. Once the Item is received by us a refund will be made to you minus the original post cost.**

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
