Introducing

Hope & Ivy x The William Morris Society III

Our 2025 Collection

We are delighted to present our third collaboration with The William Morris Society – a 12-piece, carefully curated collection that celebrates the timeless work of the legendary artist, textile designer, and revolutionary writer William Morris.

Telling a tale that began over 150 years ago, these brand-new styles are a marriage between Morris’ timeless depictions of flora and fauna and modern, 21st Century design, using 100% cotton and responsibly sourced, 100% recycled materials.

The William Morris Society is a small, charity-run organisation, based within Morris’ former home, Kelmscott House. Founded in 1955, the passionate team there celebrate and share knowledge of Morris’ life and works, displaying many of his most iconic prints in their West London museum. Additionally, they work tirelessly to give back to the local community, running educational programmes and spreading the news of their wonderful archives.

We feel incredibly lucky to work so closely with such a worthwhile charity, and are proud to have this opportunity to combine these instantly recognisable heritage prints with our classic Hope & Ivy silhouettes for the third time.

Perfect for transforming your forever wardrobe as the seasons begin to change, we can’t wait to see you wearing these extra special pieces!

Our Latest Designs

As with our previous Hope & Ivy x The William Morris collections, the design process for this capsule edit began with us browsing through some of William Morris’ most renowned works. This time, however, we had the added benefit of knowing which floral depictions had captured the hearts of audiences in previous years, meaning that this season, you’ll see a few returning favourites reimagined into new silhouettes, materials, and colourways.

The Juniper is one such example of this, using our previous best-selling Marigold print in a new midi length for a navy and cream day dress that’s a perfect wardrobe staple for transitional late summer and early autumn days. We’ve also brought the breathtaking Bower print back across four new designs. This iconic piece of work is said to ‘depict a floral wonderland of foliage and flowers ripe with life’ and with The Jemima, The Bramble, The Mildred, and The Robin, we certainly feel it has been done justice.

The Jemima is a tiered skirt midi dress that uses a larger scale of the classic print for a more modern touch, while Bramble and Mildred use the same print in a rich shade of ivy-green, using warm tones of chestnut and vibrant, raspberry tulips for a show-stopping final look. The Bramble is available is an elegant satin, making it an excellent option for autumnal evening occasions, while The Mildred can be shopped in a soft cotton sateen, finished with a velvet bow for the perfect elevated take on an everyday dress. The Robin is a brand-new silhouette for our 2025 Hope & Ivy x The William Morris Society collaboration, with a high-low hem, delicate ruffles, and a classic button front. Bright and fresh with beautiful shades of green and seasonal orange, she’s one of our favourites!

This year, some highlights also include The Nigella, which uses the Morris print Woodland Weeds, first seen on our Amelia dress last season. Reimagined on a brand-new, cotton shirt dress silhouette, The Nigella showcases intertwining foliage in lush shades of green, navy and cream, with delicate pops of contrasting red for a final flourish.

It wouldn’t be a Hope & Ivy x The William Morris Society collaboration without a nod to the iconic Pimpernel print, and in addition to our best-seller The Magnolia, this autumn, you can expect our first blouse, The Mylene, plus The Lilliana, which has been created in shades of tonal blue, inspired by the classic appeal of Morris’ designs across interiors.

With its tiered skirt, fit and flare shape, and oversized bow drawing attention to the keyhole back, this cotton style works both as an eye-catching everyday outfit, and that special something for your upcoming occasions, including weddings or days out at the races. As a final show of appreciation for Pimpernel, we’ve included The Tulip, a rich, jewel-toned dress that’s perfect for autumn days thanks to its dramatic, mirrored print.

We were blown away by the love for the Compton print last year, one of William Morris’ last designs, and one of those most prominent in his legacy. To honour this, we’re delighted that two new wrap dresses featuring the Compton will be joining this year’s collection – The Rosehip and The Chrysanthemum.

Finally, it’s The Paisley. Depicting Morris’ print Bird, this satin style is in one of our most beloved silhouettes, using a symmetrical mirror print that works brilliantly for this especially intricate and interwoven design.

Reminiscent of the best-selling Emery, The Paisley represents the continuity of both our appreciation for all that William Morris achieved, and our relationship with the fantastic team at The William Morris Society.
